The United Kingdom’s decision to depart from its membership in the European Union is one of the most significant political events in post-war times. Brexit: The Unforeseen Consequence of Austerity, The Sought Consequence of Political Rhetoric is an analysis of the crucial events that motivated the British electorate to alter their relationship with Europe.

This project was featured at The College of New Jersey’s Celebration of Student Achievement. It was also nominated for the Political Science Thesis Award.

violence in internal conflict

Historically, global military powers have a presence in foreign internal conflicts. Motivates for such engagements differ, but when it is based on terminating violence do these external parties prove effective? In Adding to the Cruelty: External Parties and Domestic Capacity this question is explored using the most recent break of civil war in Yemen.

economic development in the 21 ST CENTURY

Governments at all levels within the United States have taken on economic development to both respond to and initiate market trends. As that is, Bell Works: The Prospect of New Jersey’s New Economy evaluates how the State of New Jersey approaches economic development using a case of a former telecommunications research and development facility in Monmouth County.
